2.1 Accessing the website
When this website www.wiechers-sport.de is accessed, data is automatically sent to the server of this website by the Internet browser used by the visitor and stored in a log file for a limited period of time. The following data is stored without further input from the visitor until it is automatically deleted:

The processing is expressly not carried out for the purpose of gaining knowledge about the person visiting the website.
2.2 Processing for the fulfilment of a contract with you or in the context of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1b GDPR)
2.2.1 Order in the online shop
In the course of processing an order, we collect and store the personal data required to fulfil the contract concluded with you. These data are personal master data such as: First name and surname, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail. Your data will be passed on to parcel service providers for the dispatch of the goods. If you select purchase on account, a credit check will be carried out.
2.2.2 Recipients or categories of recipients
We may pass on the data for processing your order to companies working with us. These companies may be printers, logistics companies, email service providers, product personalisation service providers or external payment service providers. If you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal, the order data will be transmitted to the respective payment service provider to process the payment. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) b GDPR. All personal data will of course be treated confidentially.
Purchase receipts are stored for accounting reasons in accordance with the statutory period (6 or 10 years).
2.2.3 Data transfer to third parties
Personal data is transferred to third parties if

We use personal data to use the newsletter, both for statistical purposes and to optimise our approach to the reader in relation to company-specific information, products and services as well as our company's advertising purposes. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time free of charge using the link provided at the end of each newsletter. You can also contact us by e-mail or post.
3. Information on data services in the online shop
When you access our website, log files are saved. We do not assign this data to any person. We also do not merge this data with other data sources, nor are they compared. The anonymised data is used solely for the purpose of statistical evaluation of visits to our website. After the statistical analysis, this data is deleted.

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
The storage of Google Analytics cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising.
Google Maps: We integrate maps from the "Google Maps" service of the third-party provider Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, in order to be able to offer you the location function. In the Google Maps version used by us, no personal data, apart from the IP address and the postcode or city, is transmitted to Google. Wiechers GmbH has no influence on this data transmission. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation to make it easy to find our location. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

YouTube
This website uses the YouTube LLC. function to embed YouTube videos. YouTube is a company affiliated with Google Inc. To display the stored YouTube videos on our website in an iFrame, the option "Extended data protection mode" is activated. YouTube does not store any information about visitors to the website. As soon as you watch a video on our website, information is transmitted to YouTube and stored there. Google reCAPTCHA
We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter referred to as "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the data input on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated programme. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. 4. Storage period (Art. 13 para. 2a GDPR)
Unless specified above, we, as the controller responsible for processing your data, will only store your personal data for the period of time required to achieve the purpose of storage or in accordance with the regulations, laws and directives of the European legislator or national laws.
If the storage period prescribed by the legislator expires or the need for storage no longer applies, the personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.
The storage period results from the term of our contracts, due to statutory limitation periods, which generally last three years according to the German Civil Code, or detailed requirements from the German Fiscal Code, the German Commercial Code and other legal regulations.
If you request the deletion of your customer account, the data stored there will also be completely deleted from our data carriers within ten years as part of our backup.
