Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your contract declaration within 14 days without giving any reasons in writing (e.g., letter, fax, email) or - if the item is handed over to you before the deadline - also by returning the item. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this policy in writing, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and our obligations under § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired or to return the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits derived (e.g., interest) are to be surrendered. If you are unable to return the received benefits and uses (e.g., benefits of use) to us, or can only return them in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us accordingly. This may mean you are liable to provide compensation only for the deterioration of the item and for any benefits derived if the benefits or the deterioration are due to handling of the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. "Establishing the nature, characteristics, and functioning" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store, for example. Items that can be shipped by parcel are to be returned at our risk. You must bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be shipped by parcel will be picked up from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your withdrawal declaration or the goods, and for us with their receipt.
No right of withdrawal exists under the aforementioned conditions pursuant to § 312d BGB for distance contracts:
• for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications (e.g., clothing, vehicle-specific items)
• that are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g., clothing, vehicle-specific items)
• which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., roll bars, roll cages, cells)
• and in all other cases provided for by law.
